Languages & Currencies

Our webshop is available in multiple languages and currencies.
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT and automatically adjust to your selected region.

Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled if not yet packed or shipped.

We ship to all 27 EU countries, US and Canada.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to EU consumer law.

To withdraw, please use our return form.
If the product has not yet been packed or shipped, cancellation is free.
If already shipped, you must return the product in unused and undamaged condition.
Return shipping is at your own cost unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Exchanges

Exchange is possible if the desired product is still available in our assortment.
Please contact us through the return form as soon as possible if you wish to exchange an item.

Returns & Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us via return form within 7 days and include photos and a description.
Depending on the situation, we offer refunds, exchanges, or giftcard.
Returns are handled according to the policies of our logistics partners.

Warranty & Complaints

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty under EU law.
